30 High School Softball Pitchers will have the opportunity of a lifetime. An opportunity to learn how to Bring It every pitch—> with Speed, Movement, Accuracy, and Efficiency… and to be so mentally present and tough that coaches will love you and opponents will dread having to face you. I’ll see you at the 2025 Monica Abbott Speed Retreat where good pitchers learn how to Dominate.
When: December 27, 2025 9am-12pm, 1pm-4:00pm
Where: T. M. Fieldhouse ( 1550 SE Hamblen Rd, Lee’s Summit, Mo 64081 )
Who: High School Pitchers and Catchers (℅ 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029)
How Much: Starts at $525 with various add on’s (6+hrs, lunch included)
***Pitchers must provide their own Catcher or for an extra fee we can provide one for you. No parents are permitted to catch at this event.

9:30- 10 Pitching Drill Groups for Movement Pitches
10-11 Pitching Groups (Curve, Drop, Rise, Fast, Change)
11-11:30 Speed Development/Pitching Cardio/Situational Know How
11:30-12 Body Maintenance/Mobility/Mental Training
12-1 Lunch
1-1:30 warm up/Mental Training
1:30-2:45 Speed Practice /Pitch Practice / PFP
2:45-3:15 Group Challenges
3:15-3:30 Learning Discussion
3:30-4 Close
