Virtual Class: Pitchers Work Outs
this 45 min class will go over various exercises that can directly impact an athletes success as a pitcher. If your daughter has Collegiate or Olympic Goals this is the class to be in to help her gain an edge! Both Bodyweight and weight driven exercises will be included.
Class Format: 45 minutes of teaching
Q&A: 15min
Level Taught at: All Levels

MA14 Pitching Club: Virtual Lesson
A 45 minutes, 1 on1 virtual lesson via Zoom. Virtual Lessons are done on Wednesdays. But can be adjusted to another day upon request.
The lesson on Zoom, will have “Notes” typed in the notes section for you to copy and reference until your next virtual lesson. 👩🏫

Video Analysis
Video analysis comes with a voice over explanation, and mocked up for an athlete to not only hear but to also see what she is doing! 🙌 This helps athletes better understand and “feel” the mechanics of pitching 👩🎓
Please provide a Pitching video as outlined below:
1. Choose one of “your Pitch's” for analysis (for ex: a fastball, a curveball etc )
2. Keep video short with minimum down time, Ideal 15-30 seconds
3. Please provide a few different angles for the best advice. (For example: a. Front view (slight angle in front of pitcher) b. Back View (Camera behind the pitchers throwing shoulder to be able to see pitch movement/home plate) c. A Recent video of your choice!
Video will come back mocked up with voice over and/or specific points to work on!

This is a membership only space for education on all things, pitching, softball, confidence and leadership. This includes educational videos for you to use , drills, pitching practice plans, pitching workouts, and discounted 1-1 coaching, troubleshooting and motivationals The format is subject to change as it grows and evolves in ways we believe it will get better. 💖 But, for now, each month will have a different theme 🙌
DRILLS Galore. Drills that are tried and true at each level of the game. Packaged based on what you are looking for or what you are practicing. Remember as always drills are important but translating them to your pitching motion and eventually into pitches is more important.
