MA14 Virtual: Pitcher WorkOuts

this 45 min class will go over various exercises that can directly impact an athletes success as a pitcher. Is you daughter ready to workout but not sure if she is doing exercises that are beneficial to her as a pitcher, then you need this class!! In this class both Bodyweight and Weight driven exercises will be included based on the years of experience Monica had and the many different types of training she did.
